Athletics Escape - High School Fitness Program
If you are entering Freshman or Sophomore year of high school and looking for a fresh twist on Morning Classes, then preference the ESCAPE program. ESCAPE Athletics is your best preparation for High School Sports. Whether you are trying to make the team, or carry the team, your time at Camp Ozark can keep you in your training rhythm. Work with an experienced instructor to increase your strength, endurance and agility no matter which sport is your specialty. You will also learn basic nutrition as it relates to your health and athletics. The first two periods of each day will focus on the camper's particular specialty, and the 3rd period of each day, a bible-based topical discussion will be led by one of our staff members on topics of interests for kids in their early High School years.*If ESCAPE Athletics is your first preference, you do not need to sign up for additional Morning Activities. It will fill your 2-week Morning Activity Schedule.
