This new, innovative program is for serious middle and high school athletes who need to stay sharp for their sport while at camp. If you need to maintain a sport-specific training regimen while at Camp Ozark, then this class is for you. It includes individualized, sport-specific workouts with highly qualified Instructor Specialists and individually-tailored training regimens administered by personal trainers (the details of which can be prescribed by you in advance, if desired).
Then, once your workout is completed, you have the daily option of doing whatever other Ozark activity you want during the final morning activity time-slot, such as Breakaway (for 16 and up), 9-square, our popular You Decide class, or any other available activity you prefer that day. Choose a different one each day if you desire, because you do not have to specify your post-workout Ozark activity choice in advance! Finally, you can work with the Instructor Specialist in your sport twice a week at rest period, as well, for individualized sports practice.
This intense, individualized, sport-specific training through our new High School Hopefuls class is offered in the following sports for 2020: baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, gymnastics, lacrosse, soccer, softball, tennis, and volleyball.
