CLOSING DAY SCHEDULE
Our Closing Day is a great way for camper family members to attend our Closing Ceremony in-person and walk around the camp grounds. Families will park in our Satellite Lot, locate and load camper luggage, and ride the Camp Ozark shuttle into camp. Once in the designated cabin area you may greet your camper at their cabin, visit the Camp Store, and attend the Closing Day ceremony. At the conclusion of the ceremony, families will load the shuttle buses back to the Satellite Lot. Shuttles run continuously throughout Closing Day.
CAMPER LUGGAGE
All camper luggage will be transported to our Satellite Lot and placed in our luggage depots, organized by cabin number. Please make sure and have your camper’s cabin number handy when arriving at the Satellite Lot. Luggage staff is on hand to assist families with luggage. Any excess items that do not fit in your camper’s luggage will be placed in a yellow laundry bag for the trip home. Prior to departure, please confirm with your camper all luggage has been claimed.

Follow the bus status via the Session Stream on the myOzark dashboard or Camp Ozark Go app for any information regarding travel updates or delays. Please arrive to the pickup location 30 minutes before the estimated arrival time of your camper’s bus.
PICK UP YOUR CAMPER
Luggage will be unloaded to a specific central location by Camp Ozark staff members. Excess items may be placed in a yellow laundry bag for the trip home. Prior to departing the bus arrival location, please confirm with your camper that all luggage has been claimed.
