Strategic Layout

We have systematically built our cabins and facilities with intentional spacing and access points, so that every camper is within quick reach of help and every path supports safe, efficient movement in an emergency.

Staff Selection and Training

At Camp Ozark, it is our goal to create a secure environment for your child. We carefully select and thoroughly train our staff so every camper is surrounded by exceptional young Christian role models. Each year, Camp Ozark conducts more than 2,200 interviews across 35 college campuses nationwide and selects only about 550 staff members. Applicants undergo a multi-step interview process, reference checks, and background screenings to maintain the highest level of integrity and suitability. Before camp begins, staff complete intensive training in safety, supervision, emergency response, and activity-specific instruction.

Hygiene

We know that clean hands are the first line of defense against the spread of communicable disease. Accordingly, we emphasize and require hand hygiene multiple times throughout the day.
