Positions Available

At Camp Ozark we realize that, in addition to our non-stop program and top-notch facilities, it is our incredible Summer Staff who play such a pivotal role in creating a positive and meaningful experience for our campers.To this end, each summer Camp Ozark hires approximately 550 college-aged young people who serve in a wide variety of roles and staff positions.

Camp Ozark provides opportunities to serve in a variety of ways: Cabin Counselor, Office Staff, Kitchen Staff, Photographer, Wrangler...and many more! Regardless of the staff position, however, each staff member must possess two basic characteristics: Each must be a positive, upbeat, wholesome Christian role model for our kids, and each must have a genuine love for children coupled with a desire to influence, impact and serve them. Why, you might ask? Because each and every Summer Staff position at Camp Ozark is an integral part of our mission and ministry.
