From New Albany, Mississippi, and a graduate of Mississippi State University, Haley first joined the Camp Ozark summer staff in 2010 as a cabin counselor. Haley joined the Camp Ozark staff full-time in early 2014. With experience across multiple camp areas, Haley now serves as Director of Staff Recruiting & Logistics. As the Staff Recruiting Director, she is the Summer Staff Coordinator and overseer of the overall summer staff experience. Haley leads a team of 13 recruiters who are directly responsible for interviewing, screening, and hiring more than 800 summer staff members. During the summer, she also serves as the Director of Logistics, managing all Opening and Closing Day operations.After meeting at Staff Orientation in 2012, Haley and her husband, Connor, married in 2018. They reside in Shreveport, Louisiana, with their three children – Ann Clark, William, and James. Beyond work, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, watching the MSU Bulldogs, and playing with her dogs Callie and Millie.
