Staff Dates
We provide flexible work options for our staff. First year staff members are required to work at least 3 sessions and attend Staff Orientation. If you are attending summer school, studying abroad, or completing an internship we will work with you!

SUMMER STAFF PAY
Staff will receive a Completion Bonus upon completion of three or more 2-week sessions. Pay figures include a $250 paid Orientation and a $200 bonus for Summer Staff working 5th Session (July 19th – August 4th). Camp Ozark provides FREE room and board for summer staff (valued at $500 per session). Contact staffrecruiting@campozark.com for any additional questions about staff salary.

My favorite part of working on summer 2023 staff was the admiration for love found at Camp Ozark. A love for kids, being able to share how amazing it was to help a camper learn how to use their first bible with your peers, and have them hug you with excitement. A love for others, being able to smile and wave to any person walking around camp during Mish Mash and a “Hey how’s your day going?” waiting for you in return. And a love for the Lord, being able to encounter God in so many parts of my day and have so many people there to give me advice on my own relationship with the Lord.
